There comes when office works are boring and you have decided to do something else.

So yesterday one of my colleague asked me to draw something for her since her daughter is coming back from Europe Trip.  Hey, wasn’t it just like a month or so ago when we (I and the fellow high school classmates) decided to do a reunion in Europe?  Well, let’s see if we are going to pull that off.

Anyway so we decided to draw a cartoon of a suitcase with smily face, with arms and legs, too.

Well, hope that is good enough.  I am not satisfied with the right hand, but it was too late since I have outlined it.

Man, now I feel like travelling somewhere!

I like how the bamboo turns out, he knows when to press the marker hard and when not to, since the lines are thick and thin.  I usually draw them thick.

I first knew the existence of this great dish when I went to Singapore for holiday.  My family would always go to the food court and order this wonderful dish.  In Singapore, people call this “O Neng” (which means Oyster Omelette in Hokkian dialect).

There are many variation of “O”, like “O Jian” (which means Fried Oyster) which is famous in Kuching, Malaysia.  I would never pass to order this dish whenever I go to a restaurant in Kuching.

In Kuala Lumpur, this dish can be found at the food court as well, but rarer than in Singapore.  I once found one at the nearby food court close to the place I studied and it was actually pretty expensive compared to other dishes.

I think this dish is famous as well in Thailand and I had the best “O Neng” in Bangkok.  Unfortunately I was there only for a day.  I would love to go back there again and “get fat” (if you know what I mean).

I, however am unable to find this in Australia, so I hade to made it myself (failed!).  I would always take a look at the menu to find if this dish exists in Australia.  So far I have no luck.

This dish also is not so famous in my home country.

Ok, I am seriously very hungry.  I am feeling like Oyster now.

PS:  I am not too sure where Oyster Omelette the photo is from.  I reckon it’s from Thailand, hence the sweet chili sauce.  I am not too sure since the money on the top left looks very similar to Malaysian currency money.  I’ll get confirmation. Oh, it’s from Kuala Lumpur!

I know I am bad to pick up what I have left before.  I mean, I hardly finish anything but anyway it’s great to hear that the translation for Fate/Stay Night visual novel has come to completion.

Another post.  This time is a drawing I did with mouse since there is no tablet at office.

I realized I missed out the Kannagi in the Anime for this season post.

Kannagi is about a story of a guy, Mikuriya Jin who meets a shrine maiden, named Nagi who has lost her power because the sacred tree that contains her had been chopped down.  She is exorcising the bugs (impurities I mean) with the help of Jin since she is slowly losing her power.

It turns out that she has a sister and both of them do not get a long well.  So they are competing.  She found out that her power will recover if everyone gives her support, so she is trying to be an idol.

Good anime.  Hillarious and entertaining.

Currently addicted to this song and has been looping this song as I am writing this.  Now, probably I have to head home to start watching this anime.

Seriously, I love how Nico videos allows looping unlike YouTube.

Yeah, it’s one of those animes where they butcher the graphic from an excellently drawn game.  I think I don’t really like how they draw the eyes (その目だれの目？）in the anime, but overall the anime is alright (watchable at least).

“The kawaii NITRO+ version has been Visual Key-ed!”

That’s what my sis said and I have to agree that their eyes look like the old Kanon anime.

Maybe I should try to play the Visual Novel when the translation comes out.  (Easier said than done as I haven’t finished the other TYPE-MOON’s Visual Novels yet).

I swear the Find The Blue, the game OP song is much better than the anime OP song as it gives me a better feeling as an OP song.  Don’t get me wrong, I like the anime OP song as well.

Oh well, I can’t wait for the next episode.

I suddenly feel like drawing her after listening to her songs since last week.  It’s on my playlist in my handphone when I walk to office.

I like specially the track World is Mine.  In the lyrics, I think she is saying about number one princess in the world.

Anyway, the character of the month thing is inspired from my cousin’s blog.  Instead of character, i think he was using star of the month or something.

Drawing Hatsune Miku is pretty fun actually.  I like her green colors and it’s refreshing, compared to my dull characters (perhaps I need a colorful character, too!).  Anyway, I think I want to start spamming people’s graffiti with Hatsune Miku again.  It’s spreading Miku love to the world.

I finally drew a graffiti for my friend.  It’s been a while.  It’s not as good as I hoped for.

So, you are a kid who is looking for your dad.  You escaped from the underground and saw the light for the first time.  You met lots of ‘son of the bitches’ along the road and blew the mofos’ heads off with your assault rifle.  You met a big mofo super mutant, but fear not.  You have a “Fat Man” the shit with you to nuke his ass off.

Ok, sorry for the language, but that was a game I am playing now: Fallout 3. Yeah, a lot of swearings.

I think it’s almost about the time I stop playing.  You know the cycle of my game life.

“I start with such an eagerness to play, then I play for hours.  Then I begin to think there are better things to do and abandon the games in the end.  Of course, there are some exceptions.”

Elise has been late to school and I have decided to go to her place to wake her up.

“Wake up, Elise!  Or you are going to be late!”

You look around.  Her room is as messy as usual.  She must have been reading her mangas until late at night.  I picked the one near her bed and put them with the rest of her collection.

“Can’t you do something about your room….  These bottles of lamune…  How long have it been here………..”

*shaking effect* “Hey!!!  Wake up!”

Do you notice the lighting effect I did?  It’s a camouflage to cover the badly drawn sky and trees outside the window.  I have to admit I love the details of the manga in front of her.  The laptop is the laptop I am drooling over now.
